We understand that our customers would like to receive their items as soon as possible, so it is our goal to process orders in 1 to 2 business days. However, holiday shipping can take 3 to 5 business days to ship depending on the shipping you choose during checkout. If you need your package sooner than the standard shipping, we recommend choosing overnight shipping which will be processed the next business day.  

It depends on the demand for the item and whether the item is available at that time through our suppliers. If an item happens to be out of stock, we normally restock within a week.

Any item(s) that has been approved to be returned, can be exchanged, or a store credit for the amount paid can be issued, pending that the item(s) has not been worn, washed, is not damaged, and has no fragrance or smoke smell. You can find detailed information in our Return Policy.

We know it can be difficult trying to find the right size, so we have provided a standard size chart below as guidance to assist you during this process. Note, One Way Couture carry products from a variety of suppliers, and the size chart serves as a general guideline. Please take the necessary steps to ensure you choose the size that is best suited for your body type; as each product piece measurements can vary in size.

All store credits are available in your account that was setup at onewaycouture.com. Should you have a problem locating your store credit, please contact our customer service department at info@onewaycouture.com, and someone will assist you in locating your credit.
