Shipping Policy
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on onewaycouture.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose from a variety of shipping methods. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of your choice. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 1-2 business days to process).
For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to each shipping method's expected delivery time. If you are not sure whether your location is remote, please check with your local postal service provider.
Note: Free shipping offers promoted on onewaycouture.com or in promotional emails do not apply to orders being shipped outside of the continental USA (this includes Alaska).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track order' option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.
- We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. During a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.
- You will not be charged for items purchased with a gift card, e-gift card and/or credit card until the items have been shipped. You will be charged for items purchased with PayPal, Afterpay or Sezzle immediately upon order confirmation.
- All orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS), unless specified differently when ordering – at which delivery time of product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. One Way Couture will not be held responsible for any product not received. However, if you do not receive your package on the scheduled date, please email us at info@onewaycouture.com, and we will do what we can to assist you with the issue.
- Shipping cost will be determined by weight.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a store credit.
We will gladly exchange or issue a store credit for all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of your delivery date. All returns must be approved by OWC before they can be returned – otherwise, return(s) will not be accepted.
Please note: Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective; in which we must be notified of within 3 days of receiving your order. Undergarments, Swimsuits, White Articles of Clothing, and Accessories CANNOT be returned. Handbags are excluded and can be returned with the original tags intact and not used or damaged.
Package the unworn item with original tags ATTACHED securely in the original product packaging, and ship item to One Way Couture by SDS at 1114 HWY 96 STE C-1 #104 Kathleen Ga, 31047.
Please note: Return labels are not prepaid (except for a damaged item); therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we have received the returned item, it will be inspected for signs of wear, damage, and smoke; if we find that the item is not in its original condition, we will be unable to issue a store credit, and items will be returned to the customer.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit within 24-48 hours after your return is received; shipping charges are non-refundable.
